I have a deep understanding of New Zealand’s employment legislation and I’m extremely passionate about playing my part in helping small businesses thrive by building fantastic, productive teams. I understand that not everyone speaks HR fluently! I’m very focused on professionalism, honesty, clarity, and providing practical guidance that’s easy to understand. Through this approach, I have been able to successfully form strong and meaningful relationships throughout my HR journey. The HR universe genuinely gets me excited; it’s my passion, and I can’t wait to keep assisting our wonderful clients on their HR adventures.
Outside of work, you’ll spot me savoring every precious moment with my young family. Whether we’re off for a weekend beach getaway, enjoying a leisurely café lunch, spending the afternoon at the playground, or just relaxing on the couch for a movie night, I’m always happy when I’m with my family!
