Since returning to New Zealand in 2011, I’ve had the privilege of meeting over 3000 business owners. Through these interactions, I’ve become convinced and committed to three core beliefs:
- HR is best outsourced for most organisations in NZ.
- Preventing HR problems is one of the most valuable investments a business can make.
- HR support should be thorough, personal, and accessible to any viable business
It is my delight to provide such a service!
Outside of FixHR, I really enjoy my involvement with Long Bay Baptist Church. I’m a proud mum to three adults (including a wonderful son-in-law) and Nanny-Ains to two adorable granddaughters. My much loved husband knows I’m always up for sharing a meal or a movie with friends and family in either Auckland or Wellington.
Having established and run FixHR for over 5 years, I’m more invested than ever in providing the kind of service small business owners deserve and love. FixHR is most often the consistent foundation beat that keeps our clients’ businesses steady and their staff well-aligned. But when required we step up loudly (when its All About the Base!) and orchestrate solutions together to position our clients strongly and restore the right rhythm.
