I’m passionate about helping people and finding solutions to their needs. My legal background gives me an exceptional eye for detail and I’ve also worked as an Employment Relations and Health and Safety consultant visiting over 200 businesses throughout New Zealand, assisting with creating and implementing their documentation.
I’ve managed an employment relations Consultancy Team and grew it from 4 consultants in Auckland, to over 20 consultants throughout New Zealand in less than three years. Such rapid change management required me to wear many hats and become very adaptable to changing circumstances and processes. The highlight really was building relationships with my team and seeing them go from strength to strength.
I’ve also run my own wellness business for over 15 years so know first hand the highs and lows of being a business owner. I pride myself on being an approachable people person and enjoy educating business owners on areas they need some extra support and guidance. My breath of experience makes me relatable and compassionate towards business owners and managers.
I spend most of my free time with my son and working on my wellness business – Crossing Paths. I love to travel, swim in the ocean and eat delicious food with friends and family.
