Have you ever heard of the 10 Hats of small business? Most small businesses in NZ/Aotearoa are run by people wearing multiple hats, juggling operations, finances, staff, and everything in between. HR often gets squeezed into the margins, even though it’s central to how a business runs.

That’s exactly why FixHR exists.

Since returning to New Zealand in 2011 after 12 years away, I’ve had the privilege of meeting over 3000 business owners. Those conversations have shaped everything about how we work at FixHR. Hopefully you will forgive me making this a first-person experience and speaking about FixHR first and foremost. It should be said, there are other HR outsources and agencies out there, but this one is my favourite!
